Infrastructure installation commences. Construction of roads, curbs, and sidewalks. Installation of drainage systems to ensure proper water flow and prevent flooding. Installation of water and sewer lines, ensuring the subdivision is connected to municipal
utilities.
Land development phase concludes. Final grading of roads and common areas. Completion of all major infrastructure work. Ready the land for construction of homes.

Kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, and premium fixtures are installed in the model homes. Rear homes move into windows, roofing, and interior framing stages. Custom selections for early buyers begin.
Painting, exterior finishes, patios, and landscape design bring the homes to life of the first
two homes. Community streetscape, signage, and entryway enhancements completed. Homes prepared for final inspections and approvals. Kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, and premium fixtures are installed in the model homes. Rear homes move into windows, roofing, and interior framing stages. Custom selections for early buyers begin.
First two model homes and initial estate homes ready for closing. The remaining three
homes will be approximately 6 weeks later – October. Private tours, design consultations, and limited pre-sales for remaining homes officially commence.
